If you wish to 'Do It Yourself' you can hire the Hog Roaster (with Hog). We will set up and start the cooking, return to ensure the Hog is safely cooked, demonstrate how to carve if required, and once your event is finished we will remove & clean the equipment.
We can also provide a barbecue, with our own home-made tasty sausages & burgers. Served on plates with onions, ketchup, mustard, all in a bread roll.
